I have had Spock for just over a year and raised him from a chick.  He was handled a lot early on, but not as much this season.  He is not generally an aggressive rooster, but there were a few incidents this spring when the hormones were really flowing and I had to put him in his place.  He seems to have calmed down.  He is in a flock of 15 hens and his brother and 3 ducks.  There were a couple squabbles with his brother while they settled the pecking order, but that settled and he has not had any trouble with anyone else.  He is a beautiful Roo and I am only looking to rehome him because I feel pretty strongly about the ladies only needing one male in the group.
